Biometric Data Collection Consent
As part of Oklahoma Fingerprinting's background screening services, biometric information may be collected for identity verification, fraud prevention, and criminal record checks in compliance with FBI CJIS and other applicable laws and regulations. Biometric data collection applies to employees or prospective employees of Oklahoma Fingerprinting's clients, as well as to prospective residents of residential rental properties owned or managed by landlords or property management companies partnered with Total Biometric Solutions.
Oklahoma Fingerprinting or its authorized third-party providers may collect the following types of biometric data: (1) facial geometry derived from photographs or images you upload and/or from your government-issued ID (e.g., driver’s license), and (2) fingerprints, as required by FBI CJIS or other regulatory authorities for licensing and compliance purposes, including but not limited to FINRA and NMLS requirements.
The collected biometric data will be used solely for the purposes of the requested background screening for your prospective or current employer, or for resident screening if applicable. Oklahoma Fingerprinting will not sell or lease your biometric data. All biometric data will be permanently destroyed when no longer needed for the specified purposes.

Busy schedule? We offer mobile fingerprinting services, bringing our expertise directly to your location. We ensure convenience and flexibility without compromising on quality. Travel fees apply based on distance.
